Are Mada’s services free?
Yes. Mada’s advisory and student support services are free. Third parties may charge external costs, such as application, tuition, visa, accommodation, or other service fees.
What services does Mada provide?
We help students choose a university or language institute and a suitable programme, prepare and follow up on applications, and get guidance with registration and Student Pass procedures. We can also assist with accommodation, airport reception, and some post-arrival arrangements.
Does Mada guarantee university admission?
No. Admission decisions are made by the educational institution alone. We can help prepare and follow up on an application, but cannot guarantee or influence the outcome.
Does Mada guarantee a visa or Student Pass?
No. Visa and study-pass decisions are made by the competent government authorities. Mada’s role is limited to administrative assistance with documents and application follow-up.
What costs might I need to pay?
Mada’s services are free for students. Students are responsible for external fees charged by third parties, such as application, tuition, visa, medical examination, insurance, and accommodation costs. We will explain additional costs before carrying out a request that incurs them.
Can students under 18 request assistance?
Yes, but a parent or legal guardian must agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and be involved in material decisions concerning the student.
